Tears Of Betrayal (The Saints Series)

Contrasting her other books (in this genre) this one is by far the funniest I have encountered. I caught myself grinning and laughing at so many different times! The characters were so charming and funny I couldn’t help but laugh. It was a really nice change of pace compared to the normal way things played out. I loved it! My favorite so far.

Demitri is perhaps my favorite character in the series to date. He embodied all the qualities you would want in someone like him—loyal to the core. It was truly enjoyable to witness Demitri's evolution from being reserved to becoming infatuated with Ariana. I adore this book so much. Unputdownable!

Of all the books this seemed to have a slower start than the others. Once you get passed that, everything takes off.

This books is so out of this world, it is pure perfection.I have been sitting on this review for a couple of weeks now, because I know for sure that no amount of praise words would do justice to this book, because it was PHENOMENAL!All I wished while reading this book, was that I could read it forever and ever, because it was so good. I could not put it down. I completely lost myself in the book, the story is so captivating and inviting, is like stepping down the rabbit hole and never wanting to come out again. I loved every second of it, the action, the story, the writing and the characters. I was so happy when I found out that this book was going to be Demitri’s book, because I really wanted to find out more about him. There was something about him that cached my attention and made me even more curious about him. This book was pure perfection. It was a phenomenal journey, the perfect recipe for success. This book has it all: action, an amazing plot, well written characters, the words choosing, everything. Even though it had it’s dark moments when I actually screamed at the book and wanted to send it flying across the room, and plenty of angst, this book is also edgy and steamy with the perfect ending.I loved the Vetrov – Koslov team since the first book, they are powerful and deadly, and the beautiful bound and friendship between them, especially Alexei and Demitri, is so pure and beautiful, and with every book I love and love them even more.I hope that each of them will get their book because I want to know more about them, especially Alexei Koslov. Sometimes you read a character and you instantly wanna be their friend, and Ariana is definitely one of those characters. I adored her. She is beautiful and strong, with a pure heart and hope for a better tomorrow.I admired her strength, power and determination. This girl is a force of nature, she can be so fearful when the time asks for it, and would fight until her dying breath for what she believes. Demitri Vetrov is strong, calculated, brutal and possessive, ruthless, a killing machine, the perfect custodian, all wrapped in the perfect disguise of an arrogant Russian God. For most, he is the monster in the dark, the man you should never cross, one of the most feared men.He screams dark and dangerous, could kill you in seconds and without any effort, and has only one goal: to become the best custodian there is and to protect his brother from another mother, Alexei. He was always cold, almost without any emotions or feelings, but that changes when he sets his eyes upon Ariana. One glimpse is enough for him. One glimpse is enough to turn all his world upside-down and make him a new man.I breath and love Demitri, he is such a great and complex character. Incredible loyal, would always put in front of danger in order to keep his family safe and sound. He is an honorable man, lives after a code. I loved the scenes with him and Ariana, even with all that constant banter between them, he still was so protective of her. Always cared for her and made sure she was safe and sound, out of harm way. He took care of her, never pushing her past her limits. The ending was so beautiful, it was perfect, checked all the important points, gave us a glimpse in the future and the life of this power couple, all leading to a conclusion. I need more, I crave more! And I definitely am counting the days until I can get my hands on Alexei’s book. I need that book like air! Phenomenal, addictive and so, so good, this book is everything,

Absolutely love her writing. I can picture it just like a movie. I can see the characters. I can see everything as it happens. Love love it. Can't Wait to read the next book.

Sooo good, then literal tears. I’m still not sure how it managed to make my eyes drip like that! Read it!!

It’s a roller coaster ride this book and couple Demitri Vetrov and Ariana Robinson. They are a cute couple with fun banter. Ariana is living life struggling as a makeup artist. She uses all the money that her dad sends for her mom’s stay at the senior center. Ariana just does what she has to do and barely thinks about her dad Sergei, head of Bratva, and brother Yuri, the want to be leader. Sergei is not well and knows his time is up. Yuri takes our a contract on his sister because she is the rightful heir and first born. Luckily Carson noticed the contract was for an innocent and sent it to Alexei so that he could interfere. He sends Demitri Vetrov, his own custodian, to get Ariana and protect her. Sparks fly between these two and Alexei is all too happy to have had made this match. Read On!

Best in the series, so far! I couldn't put it down. Demitri is my new favorite character, funny how it changes with each book. Michelle Herd is an amazing author!

So I’m in love with a man I can’t have … swoon. They didn’t start out as my favourite couple but they grew on me quickly. All the characters in this series are devotion worthy. Great read.

Michelles writing always captures the reader and you get dragged into every story.I just adored this book, the plot, the characters, the badass woman and of course the steamy scenes.

It's amazing and really sweet mafia romance.There's violence but wonderful characters... I love the bromance of Alexi and Demitri, and Ariana is perfect for them.Must read

This was definitely a roller-coaster this one.. i went from intrigued to WTF to aww and back again. I loved Ariana as a character as she was another one that was relatable and realistic. The inner monologue and talking to herself was so good. Definitely recommend this series they can be read as standalone but would suggest reading the series.. cant wait for Alexies story next im sure it's going to be a dose

I waited so much for this book and when it finally came I felt like it was lacking something. Michelle's books used to be sweeter but it was a cute story regardless.
