Bought this to make New York bagels. This gives the bagels that little flavor difference between a bagel and other bread products. Makes it taste like I’m in a bagel shop in Brooklyn. Awesome flavor enhancer.

I have waited over 6 years to hold a can of this in my hands. I put it into the refrigerator over night and by morning it was very sticky tacky. I took a taste and, oh, my. It brought back memories of a light molasses taffy from the old days. I hope this product stays available. It's so good.

Tastes great ! I add it to chocolate ice cream to make malts and to coffee and mix with chocolate milk to drink as hot chocolate with caffeine kick .
