I ordered this and it came today. I got it for UTI's. I have had two cups and it has already worked. I didn't have to add anything to it. I like the flavor.

It’s okay!
Flavor is floral and refreshing however the caffeine did give me a headache only because I’m sensitive to it.

The packaging is thoughtful. I love that it's 2 sided.
So the hibiscus tea is floral in nature a pleasant in smell. I decided to make as an iced tea and incorporated lemon. So refreshing

Seam on tea package was popped open, tea was loose in shipping envelope.
Because of that I'm not sure if the tea is sanitary or not and I don't dare use it. The seam doesn't seem to be great and shipping in a flat envelope didn't help.
