The night guard really helped me when I was having nightmares. The guard prevented me from biting myself in my sleep. It took about two nights for it to feel comfortable and normal in my mouth when sleeping. After that I could sleep through the whole night with out any issues or being uncomfortable.I was unaware this product was supposed to help with whitening capabilities... but I don't think it helped with whitening my teeth in my opinion. I didn't really check but I also didn't notice a difference at all.

Be careful not to leave it in the water, the instructions are accurate and it will fuse together. Product is thick so it doesn't look like it does on the picture when done but it does fit better than other brands I have tried. Love that it's a ten pack

I tried multiple times and it would make a mold of my teeth but not suction to the roof and I did everything the directions said and help my fingers pushing against it also. No good if it doesn’t have good suctionedit: I was going by the directions for the temp of the water but after trying boiling the water it worked much better. Still difficult to do as the back would Bend in and not make a good mold for my back teeth but I finally got it after multiple try’s.

There ought to be different sizes offered. I saw no option when ordering. Also, the mouth guard is so thin. It will be bitten to the point of touching teeth which destroys the purpose of buying this. Molding process was simple.

The cover did not confirm to the shape of my teeth as described in the description. It’s great for whitening teeth!
