Solid Board
I bought this for my 9 year old son and he LOVES it! He’s already trying practicing ollies and figuring out turns. The wheels are nice and soft- which is great for the tricks he wants to learn. The board is also solid, which makes me confident his first board will last a long time.

Great over all board, no tool...
This skateboard blows any board you can buy in a box store out of the water, trucks are fully metal, and the board has a nice slim concave profile. I won't compare it to a pro deck because it's been a solid minute since I've been on one. Wheels have good bearings, soft feeling though. But for what you pay, soft wheels are my only "meh..."Mine didn't include the skate tool, was disapointed by that, but I'm not going to knock the quality of the board for that. The board was what I wanted, the tool was extra. And the board rides and feels great.Amazon wanted me to send the whole board back to replace the tool, not going to drive 30-45 minutes to the nearest ups, for a 4-5 dollar skate tool.

Broke immediately
I had not owned a board in about 10 years before I bought this one. I wanted an inexpensive board to use when my kids are riding their scooters. I liked the board at first. It seemed to be fairly well built, especially for a board under $20. After riding the board for a short while, it started to show signs of wear. The layers started to delaminate at the tail. The second time I did an ollie on it, it shattered as if it were made of balsa wood. I didn't expect heirloom quality for this price, but I was expecting a basic level of functioning. I'll be returning it.

Very poor durability
I popped a few small stationary ollies to show my toddler, who absolutely loves the look of this board, and on the third ollie the tail basically exploded. Very disappointing. We are not talking about a large jump, I maybe hitting 8 inches, and I am 220 lbs but I landed on the back bolts of the rear truck... this should not have happened.Fir comparison, back in high school I was 180-190 and even jumping off 7-8 stairs I never had a board explode... but I always skated Real decks. With a carbon fiber top and bottom this deck might be decent, but whatever they laminated this deck with is absolute garbage.I cannot recommend this deck, which is a real shame because I was really excited about it and even more stoked about my kid's enthusiasm for the board.

What irks me
Got this as a first board for my 1yo son. This board is pretty nice, Fish is a decently cheap brand and good for first boards. What drives me crazy though is that the board is wrapped. Not the trucks or wheels, you know, the most expensive part of the board; the board is seran wrapped THEN the trucks added and screwed in. Then it's a circle screw, not Allen like all the rest of my boards. So it took me maybe 45 minutes to find something to hold the screw in place while I loosened the bolt. Allllllllllll for this stupid, tiny piece of plastic that was tangled up in the teeth of the screws and between the board and trucks.
