If for no other reason than it will probably do the same for you, you should happily and quickly whip out your wallet, order this for EVERYONE on your Christmas list even for your grouchy neighbor, no, especially for your grouchy neighbor, not only because it is transforming to the cells in our bodies and makes us feel happier than we have in years, but also, and this is important, too, the brochure that comes with it is so darned cute and chocked full of support information. That's what caught my eye...the cute brochure, but then my computer must have an algorithm that says, "this human likes cute labels and brochures...make them pop up as much as possible." How grateful I am that MaryRuthOrganics logo and add popped up all on its own. Surely Amazon must let customers review more than once, so in hopes of that, I will respond at a later date with more good news. Thankfully my 4 year old didn't mind the flavor and it helped him fall asleep so fast! Bed time has been a struggle since he was born so I'm so glad it worked for him. I wouldn't know if it works for me because I couldn't even drink half of my dose. I can't believe so many people said this tastes good it's AWFUL. Tastes like sour milk with coconut mixed in. The texture is atrocious as well, it made me gag. Don't get if you're sensitive to flavors and texture!!

I have only had this product for a week. Unfortunately it is a night time thing, which I tend to forget unless it’s in front of me. I have another night time meditation I also frequently miss. For the times I have taken, unfortunately I did not have any improvement in my sleep. I will say the flavor is light but good, and mildly gritty. I am a very difficult case. Many years of insomnia, anxiety, and pain. I will continue to set reminders to get on a regular schedule.

I have taken Mary Ruth iron before, it's the only iron supplement i can take and not have side effects. These multi's are new for me. I like that there is an am and pm and it does taste good. The refrigeration is tricky if you travel but then again, I know its fresh ingredients vs gummies or capsules that have expiration dates 2 years from now. I feel a difference in energy already but will check in 30 days from now.
