Great showerhead
Went from a good 2gpm to 1.25, Flows about 1.25 on both settings. Tested with a pitcher. I really doubted the jets bc it feels like your really getting a lot of water. Alot more than even 2 gpm. So I'm pretty happy with it. The shower mode you can tell your stretching your water out and gone down a bit but it's still good, and actually softer feeling than my old shower head which is nice.

This cut my shower water usage in half!
We live in California under water restrictions and recently got the Flume water usage app that shows our usage minute by minute. I saw that my supposedly low-flow shower head was using 2 gallons a minute and decided it was time for a change. I bought the 1.25 GPM version and am pleasantly surprised. There is a slight discernible drop in pressure from my previous shower head but nothing that I can't live with. I adjusted it midway between the total spray and total massage options so I get a little of both. And the app verifies that it is using 1.2 GPM. I think it looks nice too-it doesn't have the cheap appearance of some other low flow heads.

Lowers your GPM, could be a tad quieter.
For how affordable this shower head is, it’s hard to complain but here goes. It twisted on no problem, but required about 20 revolutions of plumbers tape to reduce leakage down to a very small drip every 5 seconds. It should also be noted that this shower head has a sort of white noise sound. It’s not unbearable, but certainly could be quieted down some. With all that being said, it clearly lowered our GPM from the previous shower head pushing out 1.8 GPM. I wanted as little gpm as possible, and this thing was the ticket. I find no problem getting soap off or showering properly. I like the wide spread shower pattern like this has as opposed to others which use low GPM but make it like a super soaker stream.

I like it!
I got this because I live in a condo with a half sized water heater, and my hot water in the shower was running out very quickly. This solved the problem. At first I wasn't sure, because I like strong water flow, and this is definitely a softer spray than the old shower head. However, I have gotten used to it and am very happy to be able to take a longer shower.
