I bought this jacket for my ~8lb long hair chihuahua for the fall. Even with the chart it's hard to choose a size so I'm including his measurements with the hopes that it helps someone else! His measurements are 14" at the widest part of his neck, 16" chest, 13" base of neck to base of tail. I ordered the small in green. It fits him well. The chest is slightly loose but I just Velcro it tighter. The length is maybe an inch longer than needed. It's very cute and looks and feels high quality. I love that there is a notch to attach his leash through to his harness. It's also nice that it's reversible and velcros in multiple areas so it's easy to get on and off.

This came in sooner than expected and fits my dog perfectly! the material feels like it is made of good quality. I bought the XXL and my dog is just under 60 lbs. he is a bit chesty so thats why i went with XXL instead of XL.

OMG I love this jacket if nothing else because i got the best dog picture ever of him wearing it. My dog is a bitter bitter beast, and this picture captured his essence! I would have paid twice the amount just to get this shot!

A very well made coat and very warm. My dog can move around freely in it. I have an 18lbs shih tzu and he fit perfectly in the Medium. I haven't had any issues with it and his harness clip can easily be accessed through the hole on the back.

My dog is a slender, 65lb German shorthair with a pronounced tuck, and the XXL fits her perfectly. Buying that size felt wrong, since she's actually quite petite for her breed and not at all what I would consider an "extra extra large" dog, but I went by the sizing chart, and I'm glad I did. The portion of the jacket which velcroes under her belly is stretchy, so it could probably fit a slightly bigger or stockier dog, but only by another few pounds or so. The jacket also detaches from multiple points, which made it really easy to put on. The best part is that she actually seems to enjoy wearing it! I think it will keep her plenty warm and cozy when we take her camping this fall.

He wears it every day, often sleeping in it.The belly strap is small so he never gets pee on it and it's suitable in various weather patterns (fall, rain, extreme cold)I got a small for my 8 lbs Yorkie mix.

Very cute, but the xxl barely fits my 50lb female boxer. I ordered based on measurements of my bigger male boxer and it wasn't even close to fitting him. They have big chests and rib cages so the part that goes from the neck under the belly is always too short.

My male pug’s measurements: Neck: 14’’ & Chest: 23’’ Weight: 23 lbs Size I chose: LargeI didn’t find a lot of real life measurements in the reviews so I had to guess between a medium and a large. My advise is if you have a broad/big boned/fluffy/extra squishy pug go with a large. If you have a female (not in all situations depending on her size) generally go with a medium. My only concern with a large for a male pug is going potty. I’m thinking there might be a issue (potienally not, but if there is sewing up some of the fabric up a bit more should take care of the issue)Overall the jacket is very cute and the Velcro is very strong. I am happy with the size and color.

Just wanted to give a quick size review in case people are having trouble visualizing.We received the coat today. Photo attached. This is a size 3XL. Our dog is just under 80lbs and it fits perfectly.

We just got this today and it seems like it’s going to work out great. It’s light weight but seems warm. I’d say it’ll be good on my dog until -10 or so. I like how it has a collar, and the belly of it is the water resistant black material and not the fleecy red plaid so it won’t get soaking and dirty. Velcro is strong. I ordered a size up as recommended from the other reviews and it’s definitely a size too big, but it’s still fine. I almost ordered two sizes up but I’m glad I didn’t. My dog is 26” around her chest, 18” neck and 23” from base of neck to tail. I ordered her an XXL.

Very cute jacket. It keeps my dog very warm even in the freezing cold. We have a rescue dog, 70 lb lab. Ordered the coat before we picked up the pup. Ordered a 3XL because we heard she had a chubby midsection (that's why we didn't order a bikini lol) It is a bit too big for her but it will suffice.I have washed it and it held up well. It is easy to take on and off. The velcro is strong. It has a handy opening for a harness clip. I like the fact that it is reversible. She seems very comfortable wearing it and I daresay a bit proud!

It is a great jacket for my 70lbs German Sheppard Dog. The material is really comfortable and has two sides to wear. It keeps my dog warm even in -10 C weather. Really love it!
