Donna and Cheryl are exceptionally talented coaches who are totally passionate about what they do and boy does that show on every page. I absolutely devoured this book. It’s filled with moments of realisation, clarity and total authenticity.Because I knew it was interactive and the authors actively encourage you to write in their book, I decided to read it through from cover to cover before I embarked on the written bit or “ time to keep it real” as they put it.I don’t think I’ve ever finished a book before and immediately wanted to get started on it again.In fact I am getting so much out of this book I’ve purchased the kindle version, so I always have a version to hand.

I did like this book, but I wouldn’t say it’s an easy readI’ve read several books lately around mindset and becoming a better me and even though I enjoyed this book it didn’t really teach me anything. I’d say it’s more like a story about the writers lives
