Good Product
These are BIG and stay in place. I actually used these on a linoleum floor for an elderly and confused dog who tended to forget her housetraining. It worked very well containing the pee. The only issue is that when pulling it up, the adhesive sticks to the floor. A little GOO GONE took care of it but wondering if it would do the same if used for and elderly persons bed sheets. Would buy again.

Best I've found
I use these for pet potty pads. They are thick, absorb a lot and do it quickly with no leaks or odors. Nothing spills out when changing. The adhesive tabs are a must, they protect the wall behind his pee corner and don't detach when wet. So many other pads will come down at the first dribble, making them ineffective and messy

Adhesive bed liners.
I noticed different packaging for this item which is a plus within itself because I recycle and not having to breakdown boxes is a plus. I’m very pleased with quality and the absorbency. Easy to use and the cost is great. Would highly recommend this product.

Using it for my dog
My girl recently has been having problems with urinating overnight. She used to be able to hold it all night, but not sure if it’s due to age but she has been going every night in the middle of the night. These really helped make the cleanup process easier. The urine didn’t leak through, but when very saturated it will begin to fall apart. I give it 4 stars just because of that issue. When pulling up the pad it began to fall apart and also leave residue behind stuck. However I am overall satisfied that I no longer have to do laundry everyday.

Better than Brand name
These are what I have been looking for!! There are advise strips on both sides so the pad will stay in place. I have an elderly dog and these work great for when he is in his soft pen. ( he circles as he has doggie dementia so the soft pen with these pads are a life saver !)Perfect and hold liquid just as well as brand name pads. These have replaced my other go to pads!

Good size, adhesive keeps in place. Absorbent.
Bought these for my brother-in-law whose wife is having some nighttime incontinence issues. The adhesive helps the pad to stay in place at nighttime and is saving him from ripping off the sheets every day. He mentioned they will need more soon, so I will be reordering.

These work-ish
These are exactly like any inexpensive disposable absorbent under pads available, though they’re nothing spectacular warranting the extra cost for adhesive strips. Though I do appreciate those periods of time when my father leak through his diaper onto furniture, they don’t stick particularly well and end up trashed by him getting up and down. They don’t stick for more than a day or two, ultimately ending up bunched up. Leaving them looking pretty disgusting and extremely unreliable.I’ve utilize these on top of two waterproof mattresses protectors, under sheets as well as larger washable absorbent pad that wraps around the sides of his bed and tucks in, and another on top. Anything I can do to avoid having to change his bed daily, I’m all about!! He has a daybed and the twin xl mattress fits snugly, making it a NIGHTMARE to change. The task takes an enormous toll on my body I hoped these would be the holy grail of making my job as his caretaker easier, sadly wasn’t the case here. Will be going back to taping down another brand disposable pad with packing tape. Which might even work a little better. Also used these on chairs, recliner and club chair cushions. Neither case it stayed well and easily bunched and slides as he’s unable to much of the time get into or out of his chair, let’s go with gracefully. He’s constantly sliding around on and off furniture (bed and chair), which pulls the absorbent pad. Which I carefully tuck around the cushion, taking care to cared fold and tuck to give it as long a life as possible. Which would save a few dollars had the adhesive strips worked long term. These are an effective side to wrap around the cushion of a recliner or club chair (not oversized)I can’t foresee these absorbing much beyond some leaking, certainly not a full bladders worth without flowing off the edges. We’ve had some occasions when he’s refused to eat/drink and become dangerously dehydrated. That’s when his urine becomes so potent it’s enough to stun you!! Those occasions, the aroma will bypass the disposable absorbent pad and meld with whatever is below it, bed/chair. Those occasions I’ve found Clorox fabric disinfectant deodorizer spray to be the best option as it’s not always feasible to deep clean with a shampooer, steam cleaner or good old elbow grease, the cover with baking soda to work it’s magic. Even then, it’s not 100% effective, so a sturdy pad is the first and best line of defense. For those of you new to caring for someone at home with dementia/Alzheimer’s…. Hope this random information helps!!! I know I wish I’d found a review from someone else that had already learned how to deal with the ups and downs of providing full time care to someone suffering from cognitive decline, lives turned upside down out of the blue. I’ve learned that washing my father’s clothes and bedding with some non splash/color safe bleach is more effective than running everything through the wash several time’s to get a handle on the odor. Works better than vinegar ir baking soda or peroxide. Works far better that fancy stuff made with persimmons specifically formulated to deodorize urine smell. Though that stuff smells AMAZING!! It definitely doesn’t knock much if any urine aroma. It’s essentially helpful after he’s refused to have his diaper changed, when the word ripe bears a whole new meaning! Regardless of the amount of time the urine ferments, I’ve found it helpful to only was said items in cold. Hot water will exacerbate an already bad situation. Will also let those loads wash for a few minutes, open the lid so everything can soak. Usually need to wash his items at least twice, even with the non splash color safe bleach. I’ve become used to having to throw away a lot more articles than I’d like. He’s terrible about throwing things away, burying them in the trash when nobody is looking. For that issue as well as several others, we’ve set up cameras all over the house.
