This was not easy to install, will need another set of hands and lots of how to videos! But definitely worth the money!

Great deal for the money. Let's face it, these kits are just simple blocks off aluminum. Some makers charge $70 for the same thing. The instructions are garbage, don't bother. There is no need to separate the ball joint. I installed these with new loaded struts, but they could be installed on any existing strut. Unbolt the bottom of the strut, unbolt the sway bar end link. Use a large prybar to move the bottom of the strut up and away from the control arm. This takes some finesse, and patience, but it can be done. Once the KAX lift block is in place put a screwdriver, etc. through the hole in the strut mount, the lift block and the control arm to keep it all lined up. Use a mallet or small hammer to align the adjacent hole so the bolt can be installed. KAX instructions say to install the bolts from the top down. This is only possible with the ball joint separated. The KAX supplied bolts are garbage. Don't bother. Go buy (4) 10x1.5x75mm metric bolts and nuts, 10.9 grade. Shorten two of the bolts by 3/16". Grind the ends, wire wheel to clean threads etc. These two shortened bolts are installed under the mount that is under the CV axle. The shortening is needed to clear the axle. If you read the instructions, and look at the job, what I'm telling you to do will be obvious. It's a pretty simple and fast installation.

Works great for my Silverado just make sure you have a full lift to put it on

Had this installed but the kit is great value for the price.

The kit looked ok out of the box but I noticed immediately it was only a 2' kit, I was desperate due to another kit that the bolts not being long enough. I had to install to get back on the road but I am super disappointed that they were not the kit I paid for. BEWARE

So this levelling kit did indeed work for levelling my truck, but I'm probably going to replace it soon at some point. My experience is mostly working on cars and a few trucks and I've never had to work on leaf springs before. I've installed a lot of coilovers to cars and done all the adjustments, the whole works but this levelling kit was pretty darned easy just took some time.My problem with it though is that the U-Joints included do not properly fit my 2011 GMC Sierra 1500.. These U-Joints are semi-round instead of being square like the OEM ones are and how the top of the leaf spring mount is designed. They do not sit flat or flush with the top of the leaf spring.I would not recommend anyone run them if they also have this issue for any length of time or haul anything with these U-Joints on there, They should sit flush on top the leaf spring so that there's a good bit of surface area for it to sit and snug into. These don't..I also wasn't aware that there was an OEM spacer that this kit is supposed to replace entirely on my truck already so getting the 1" levelling kit was pointless in the first place (my bad)I'll probably be replacing it with a different kit in the next few weeks. Kit would be great with no problems on anything that uses semi-round U-Joints though.

It was a pretty decent kit. The screws that came with the kit weren’t long enough to extend through so factory wiring harness could be secured back to screw shaft. All in all, I’d buy another KAX kit when or if I need one
