I recently had the opportunity to try out the KICA 2 Electric Handheld Massager Gun, and I must say it exceeded my expectations. The deep tissue massage it provides is truly professional-grade, effectively targeting and relieving muscle tension. With multiple intensity levels and interchangeable heads, it offers a personalized and efficient massage experience. The ergonomic design ensures a comfortable grip and allows for precise maneuvering. This handheld massager has become an integral part of my self-care routine, providing exceptional results and promoting overall relaxation and relief.

The massage gun by Kica is very easy to use, as it is all controlled from one button. It is compact and light weight, which makes it portable and easy to take on your travels. The gun feels nicely balanced when held and comfortable to massage with. The massage gun comes with four interchangeable heads that simply push in and pull out. The box also contains an instruction pamphlet which gives you the information where the heads should be used. There is also a handy velvet storage bag and a USB charging cable that measures approximately 37 cm in length. The massage gun feels sturdy and robust with its construction as it is made of metal, but as I previously said it is light weight weighing in just under 500 g. It has four speed levels and I am generally surprised in how quiet this massage gun is. We have been using this for about a week now and I personally think that the battery life is excellent, as I can confirm that the description is correct on speed one the massage gun was still running at 11 hours. There is a LED light to indicate battery level when the device is powered on. It takes my massage gun approximately 3.5 hours to fully charge, Which when charging the LED light is red and when fully charged it will turn green. It also runs continuously until you either power it off or it runs out of battery. We have found that because of its design depending on which area you are massaging it can be wedged or propped into a position to leave your hands free. My mum finds this really helpful to help reduce the pain and inflammation on her legs and she only uses speed level one as she finds the higher speeds too strong. I have used this myself several times and have found that it does give pain relief when having aches and pains. Overall is easy to use, compact and packs a lot of punch for its size. I have had one of the full-sized variants of these type of massagers and found it to be both bulky and heavy. Meaning it was not easy to use for too long. This one, despite still being quite weighty (500g), is easier to hold and use. The weight is the first thing you notice when taking it out of the box, the second thing is the quality. This looks and feels very well put together. In the box, you get:1. Massager2. USC to USC-C Charging Cable3. Soft Drawstring Storage Pouch4. Ball Shaped Head5. Bullet Shaped Head6. Y-Shaped Head7. Flat HeadEach of the heads is designed to target specific areas of the body, muscles, tendons, etc. Each of the heads is hard plastic apart from the ball, which has a slight spongy feel to it. Being hard plastic, they are easy to clean.Controls are on the bottom, and you have the USB-C charging port, on/off/power selector, 1 x Tiny Red/Green LED Charging light and 4 x Tiny Blue LED Power indicators. It describes the power levels as “Gears”.Despite being compact, this massager does pack a punch and, if you have any medical conditions, you may want to speak with your healthcare professional before using this. The head vibrates, at different speeds, in and out and it is very effective.There are a couple of things I would like to highlight from the instructions, that do not make much sense to me. Firstly, the battery level indicator & status. It says that there are 6 different indications:1. Charging While Powered Off – Solid Red Line2. Charge Complete – Solid Green Line3. Battery Level ≤10% Green Two-Dashes4. Battery Level 11-30% Green Three Dashes5. Battery Level 31-60% Green Five Dashes6. Battery Level 61-100% Green Solid LineThe problem is that there is nowhere on the massager to see this, other than the single, tiny LED light above the charging port.The second issue is that in the Storage and Maintenance section it says, “DO NOT overcharge or overuse the battery”. It looks as though there is no Smart charging built into this and that you need to stop charging when the battery indicator is Green. I have no idea what is meant by “overuse” of the battery. It could relate to continuous use but there is nothing to explain this.Putting aside the confusing instructions, this is a powerful, compact massager but does still carry some weight.I hope you found this review & photos interesting, informative, and useful. This compact but very powerful handheld massager, It fits nicely in your hand and has a feel of quality buildIt comes with 4 different attachments for different areas to massage.It has 4 power settings.It comes with instructions informing the user what areas of the body it can and cannot be used on, if you have a medical condition I would suggest you check that it is safe for you to use.I suffer from stiff neck and shoulders and found using this on the lower setting with the sponge ball attachment very beneficial .

This is a great little massage gun. Nice and small but just as powerful as the big ones. It has various pre sets and a good variety of heads for different parts of the body. The battery lasts quite some time too. Its great pre and post workouts. I love it
