Sometimes decisions after a glass of wine pay off in spades. Perfect example here. Alot of money for a clock, but took a "why not" approach and so glad we did.Clock arrived beautifully packaged, hung super easy, but is a beautiful object to look at. The pictures don't really do it justice, but the face is crisp and defined, colours on point and modern but retro. Literally everyone who walks through our front door comments on how lovely it looks.It's a weird thing, but I didn't expect to be struck quite so much by an object, but this feels like a train station modern twist design classic. As you might have guessed, super happy.The mechanism is also absolutely silent. I've held my ear to it and can't hear anything. Mechanism appears to be continual drive rather than ticking. If you watch the minute hand it ever so slowly tracks round.As you'd expect, over the week or so up, it's held its time perfectly compared to an iphone.

Beautiful, accurate – and exactly as described!Had an idea of the clock I was looking for: a beautiful vintage station clock. I already have some lovely antique time pieces - both for home and personal use - but when it comes to a kitchen wall clock I feel there is an imperative for accuracy. So I decided upon the Newgate ‘Luggage' as it was the size and look for which I’d been searching – also, it’s completely silent which is a bonus. The black and white ground coupled with engine red hands also make it an outstanding focal point for any room. It’s only been up a few hours and I just love it!!

The simple lines, and clarity, of this timepiece, make it a beautiful addition to any modern kitchen or office.

Value for money, beautiful and silent clock

We purchased this clock (the one with yellow hands) after accidentally breaking one we'd had for a while and we love the Newgate one. Eye-catching but classic design, clear and easy to read and keeps time well. Worth spending a bit extra on this I think.

Worked for a few weeks, now just keeps stopping even after multiple battery changes. Hubby thinks the battery case may be too loose rather than me thinking I’d used dead batteries. Beautiful to look at but the one I have is useless so a waster of £65

Bought my dad one for Xmas, then bought myself one as I liked it so much. Pat on the back for my own taste. Go me.

届いた瞬間は大きすぎたかな？と思ったのですが、実際に飾ってみるとちょうど良い存在感。そして色合いとデザイン、質感が最高に可愛いです。部屋の雰囲気が格段に良くなりました！！よいお値段でしたが、買って正解です。
