I use this for stuffed burgers and other homemade pressed meats. When I 1st received it I wasn't sure it would work for me, it seemed small. It's not. I made stuffed chicken patties as well with various stuffed ingredients like cheeses, peppers, mushrooms. For beef or poultry, use your imagination on what to stuff it with. You could make shellfish cakes too. We don't because we have a family member with a fish allergy. Took a little longer to ship than I thought but that's was no big deal to me. The pics and language (misspelling) on the box made me chuckle. It shows a steak with chopsticks. smh

I bought it to make slider patties for my son. The slider piece is a bit on the small side, which is a disappointment for my intended use. Also, there is no press for the slider size, they want you to use the main patty press to press down on top of the slider plastic piece...so it doesn't press it, more like compacts it a bit to just fit the plastic slider piece. It's a flawed kit, but for the quality of the people involved in making a $10 tool, it's to be expected I guess.

It's made of durable, thick plastic. Makes 2 to 2.5 inch thick stuffed burgers. Easy to clean. Meat doesn’t stick as much as I thought it would. Each patty came out easily. It may be important to press thoroughly. I seasoned the beef prior to putting it into the press. Then I stuffed it with feta cheese. Cooked it in a skillet. Delicious! Same thoughts regarding the slider press. Exactly what I was looking for!

Are usually make burgers by hand, but I will say simple to use and pretty quick.
