This helped enormously, along with Chanca Piedra, during a terrible gallbladder episode. Diminished inflammation completely in a week, but even after the first dose it helped very much. So did the Chanca Piedra, and eating a fat-free, no processed foods vegetarian diet for a couple weeks. Problem completely resolved. We still have faith in this supplement type, and perhaps the brand too, but we did not find this had any effects that were expecting. We reviewed this substance prior to buying and were expecting some cleansing or purifying sensations or effects in the body. There were none. Maybe one needs to take more than suggested doses.
