My warmup routine is incomplete without a resistance band and after I ended up tearing the one I had purchased fairly recently from a well known brand, I was open to trying something I haven't tried before. That's where wiselife stepped in. Ordered it. Received it. Using it. Simple. No complaints and no regrets. It feels sturdy and doesn't feel cheap. the band begins to stop stretching very quickly and feels more like a rope if u stretch enough. other bands for example nivea is of much superior quality and u would realise as soon as u use a better band. so get one good band for 300-400 rather wasting 700 on these
