I was with a friend as we were both working on projects and she had offered me one of her hooks, thinking I was not prepared. I was, armed with these babies, and when she tried them out she instantly loved them (she's more experience than I am), and wanted to know where to get them.I can't think of a bigger testament to how great these are. They were not my first choice, but they are certainly my favorite. No friction on the yarn, they feel very light and sturdy, and the grip is comfy comfy! Don't hesitate to get these!

Gave 4-star rating because sizes are not labeled in black as advertised in first picture but slight indentations that are difficult to read. Otherwise, satisfactory. Nice look and comfortable hold.

At first I really enjoyed this set. I have been crocheting just about every day for the past 9 months with these hooks. I noticed this month that the hook is twisting within the handle on the hooks I use most frequently. Even when trying to turn them to be in line with the handle, they are still twisting. It's super frustrating because it sort of negates the usefulness of the ergonomic handle. When I took the hook out of the handle to try adjusting I did see that the base of the hooks have a square shape that I'm assuming 'connects' into the far end of the handle, and maybe the inside of the handle where it's supposed to connect is stripped or worn out (sort of like when a screw is stripped?) ... This is my best guess as to why this is happening to my frequent use sizes. About the handle I will also say that it gets in the way on the larger size hooks when I am using a bulkier yarn and have multiple loops on the hook (like for star stitch).This set was decent for a while, but now I'm looking at needing to find other options.
