This tree arrived in August and I held my breath until we unpacked it in November. Boy, was I blue! Anyway, opening that box was an anxious moment; my heart pounded with anticipation. Okay, enough drama, but I did wonder... would the tree live up to its reputation...”Designers’ Delight”...and be as spectacular as other review writers had claimed? Would my photographs compare favorably with those of others? Well, here are my photos. Make your own choice, but I fully understand now why this tree is praised by professional designers. I LOVE THIS TREE! I adore it! Take a look at the close ups to see just how dense the flocking is.Assembling the tree was a cinch, but the flocking is so heavily applied that you will have to scratch it off in places in order to see where the connections are. Oh, and they used tape over the plugs so you will have to remove the snow there, too. But this is good because your connections will be clean and trouble-free. Also, many of the light bulbs are smothered with flocking so cleaning them will give you more brightness. The snow is heavily applied, yet it pretty well stays in place with only a small clean up required. Even my little, black dog, who likes to wander under the tree, comes out still black. None of my other trees could boast that.Honestly, this is the best tree I have ever owned and I have purchased both from Balsam Hill and Frontgate. Do not hesitate to buy this Fine Expectations Christmas tree. They really know how to construct a beauty. You will not be disappointed.Merry Christmas, everyone!

Received my tree three days after ordering, which was a pleasant surprise. Tree was packed well and was a sinch to put up. The flocking is beautiful and just the right amount of clumps in certain spots. Very realistic. The amount of lights on the tree is perfect, No dark areas, and overall not too bright. The lights are warm white incandescent and provide a beautiful glow (this was important to me). The tree is a true 7.5 ft in height, and I'm happy with the fullness. Very happy with my purchase. I plan on keeping the tree up and placing a sheet over it for storing it throughout the year, I'm hoping the flocking keeps its bright white color. Overall I'm extremely happy with my purchase, and we love our new tree. Would definitely recommend this to anyone who is looking for a flocked tree. This is the best prelit, flocked Christmas tree I’ve ever owned. Even better than my 9 ft. King of Christmas tree. Didn’t even put any decorations on it and it’s still gorgeous. The snow is so realistic on it and it has so many lights. Safe for my fur babies too, as my cat likes to sleep behind the tree and rubs up against the branches.If you’re hesitant to buy this tree, don’t wait because you won’t regret it!

Beautiful tree. The flocking is exceptional. Barely any of it came off while I was assembling it. It is supposed to be non-toxic which is why I purchased it. It looks like a real tree. Only problem is that one side seems a little messed up. I took a picture but I don’t know if that is evident in the photo. But for the price I am very happy with it

I was a bit dubious about the reviews. It seemed unrealistic that they should all be 5's with only one 4. I have searched for two years for a realistic, flocked tree under $500.00 to no avail - until now. This tree is gorgeous and appears as though it was freshly cut. It arrived a day early (yeah)! It was very easy to assemble. The warm, soft glow of the lights evokes sentimental reflections of my childhood Christmases when dad flocked our tree. (That is, without the cursing and flocking the garage and himself in the process, lol.) Even with minimal shedding, the flocking is generous and stays put. We have 12 foot ceilings but the 7.5 height is more than adequate to fill a corner nicely without taking up the entire room. I highly recommend it!

I bought this tree to replace another flocked tree I purchased about 4 years ago from a different source. While that tree was beautiful, it had way too much flocking on it, and the lights started going out after 3 years. I have LOVED this new tree. The quality is much better, the amount of flocking is perfect, and the branch spacing is ideal for displaying larger ornaments. I would definitely recommend this tree.

The tree arrived quickly, in 4 days. Its box and contents were in great condition. It was easy to put together by one person, myself! The lights are connected at each pole-junction near the trunk and they are plentiful and warm white. The tree shed only a litlle during set-up. It's easier put the tree skirt on last after vacuuming up the snow.It's not always easy to find a tree that looks like an outdoor tree. This tree is the ideal of what we wanted:* short needled tree that looked like a fir or spruce* flocked with a natural snowdrift look* looks good without lights on in the daytime* little or no shedding* lots of lights* warm white lights* easy set-up and light connection* on/off floor light switchIt is a beautiful, well-made tree!

This tree is lovely once it is up. it is prelit and looks nice even without adding any additional decorations. I am giving this 3 stars because the "snow" come off very easily. Be careful of children and pets ingesting these particles. The other issue I had with this tree is that is has to be assembled but the lights on each section should plug into the section above so you only need one outlet to plug into and light the entire tree. In this case, the plug of section 2 has one large prong and no plug will accommodate it because either the plugs are wrong or a different plug should have been used. I called support and they tried to walk me through what to do but quite simply the plug prongs do not fit the receptacle so I have to plug in the top light and the bottom light to light the entire tree. Not a showstopper, just annoying. I did not want to go through the trouble of sending it back so I kept it.
