ASI 20333 Deck Mounted Automatic Soap Dispenser

The product was very easy to install (but my space under the sink was the problem), just with a few steps you can have this ready for use, the amount of soap is the correct one and the sensor works great and is not getting activate all the time we have a dish or something close to it.Only advice read all the instructions before installing due there is a setting need it to activate the warning led for low soap, I have to remove it and installed again, but after that is working excellentI just have the product for a few days, so I can not speak about the durability of the product

Easy to use and definitely looks great. The install takes a little effort based on the proximity of your sink and inside of your cabinet. Instructions are easy to understand and it works great!

Look good in my kitchen. Easy to install and Works very well. One star off for lack of different color and lack of adjustable amount of soap.Update: After working for 3 months, it stops working. I change brand new batteries but still doesn't work. Request for returnUpdate Jan 8-2019. Finally I got a replacement shipped to me. Waiting to see if it lasts longer. One thing in the email that bothers me. I told the manufacturer that I use Palmolive regular dish washing soap when it failed. Their response is the viscosity of the soap might not meet the spec! Who in the world will check for viscosity when buying dish washing shop. Also if the products doesn't work with one of the most popular brands, the design is really flawed.Update Jan 14, 2019. I received the replacement unit today. It works fine and seems dispensing soap better than the previous defective unit. The customer support is very good. Prompt answer and keep me up to date with replacement shipping. Cross the fingers that this unit will last long.

It stopped working after less than a year. It can't be repaired and also the manufacturer is not very helpful.

I bought one to pair with a touch faucet and love it. I recently bough a second one for my parents. The battery has lasted 8ish months so far and I just filled it a second time. The capacity is the real selling point for me. I haven’t had any issues with viscosity between the two soaps I have used one loose and the other thicker. Will buy it again if mine ever broke.

It was very easy to install and it is working very good as expected. Reasons for 4 stars are1. Only one finish- Chrome is available. I am sure there are many buyers looking for different type of finish.2. The soap holding tank (bottle) is much bigger than I anticipated. It is a very big holding bottle. I was luck that it fits under the sink. Recommend to check the detailed dimension before purchasing.

Easy to install. Easy to use. I used Dawn liquid dish soap. Works great. I’ve had it about a month now. Makes life easier! I think you can adjust how much comes out (it’s not that much anyway, but more than you need to, say, wash your hands) by just pulling back from the sensor. A little ends up in the sink, but that’s okay. I want one for the bathroom!
