Bought for my 12x12 diamond painting and it fits perfectly! I am impressed with what i got for the price. The frame comes with a mat which serves as a “spacer” between my diamond painting and frame! The fasteners on the back are fantastic. I didn't rip my fingers up trying to open up the back of the frame. Very well-thought-out design quality product! Recommend!

This frame is sturdy, love the included mats and the non glass, Plexiglass? which cuts the glare..My pictures look stunning in these frames

The frame doesn’t have glass, it’s just plexiglass. So it was perfect for my child’s room in case it ever fell. Decent quality!

The item finally did arrive, but to be completely honest it's not worth the price. It fine. It works and I needed a frame and it was the right size but I could have gotten a proper wooden frame from my local framer for not much more. It also has a plastic cover instead of glass which I knew when buying but for this much money it should be glass.Basically it's fine and it gets the job done but it's nothing special and it should cost half the price for the quality it is.Still don't know why you chose to use Pitney & Bowes instead of any of the other reputable and established carrier services. They have no customer service, their phone line ask to contact seller for delivery issues. How does that even make sense. I've been home all day waiting for the package since I got a notice that it was out for delivery. There was no buzz, no phone call. I have Amazon deliveries almost daily all without issues.
