Selling broken products
The umbrella was received with a broken rod. And when I asked for an exchange I was told that is not possible. But was refunded the amount.

Bad quality
Pathetic quality. Handle cam off just the second day of use. The pins of the outer black cover dislodged only after a few uses. Over and above that return was not allowed. So have to keep this defective piece.

The umbrella is very good especially when there is heavy rain with strong wind. The umbrella has double protection aside hastwo clothe the outer part and inner one which makes it really does turn upside down. The handle is also very stylish. The color range is also very good. Overall must buy product.
