Cottage Mills Treasure Marker, with Soapstone Notion, White

Had to have a second one sent to me because the refill was broken..... The second one came broken too.

this is a great product and used it to good effect in my last applique project.

The picture of this item clearly shows a marker and a refill and the description says marker with refill, but what I received was a package of four refills with no marker. I would like to provide a review of the product pictured and the one I had hoped to receive but I can't do that.

The package shows the pen and refill, but I only received a package of four refills.
