Total joyousness
Goodness me, I loved this book. I have been looking for a very silly, very funny series of books to read ever since I finished Louise Rennison's Georgia Nicolson's books, and now I've found them. I howled my way through this book. It is utterly ridiculous and an absolute delight. I cannot wait to read the others.

Great read growing up
I remember reading these books as they all first came out when I was younger, I had every book in the series until I had to do a clear out a few weeks ago as they gathered to much dust! I loved them and found the series great for brightening my mood - I'm actually looking forward to rereading them as an adult!

Very amusing
This was very good value and downloaded to my Kindle quickly. The only reservation I have is that quotes from local paper were faint unlike printing on paper and needed a magnifying glass.

Right Wing not Right On
I got this book out of the library for my 10 year old daughter before deciding she needed to be 2 years older to appreciate it. Meanwhile my 18 year old stepdaughter wants to read it! I thought the novel was very lively and enjoyable on the surface, though at times the rip-off of Adrian Mole was so obtrusive, that it spoiled my enjoyment. Joanna Nadin has none of Sue Limb's inclusivity. Non-white characters stay on the margins. When the heroine's young brother acquires a best friend who is a Muslim girl, we never get to meet her. Classmates who are from working-class backgrounds are called - with a stunning lack of originality - Fat Kylie and Thin Kylie. It's no surprise that in Joanna Nadin's former career she worked with Tony Blair. She has all the previous PM's contempt for, and suspicion of, those who don't subscribe to middle-class values. So despite its frothy energy the book leaves an unpleasant taste in the mouth.

My So-called Life
This book is a very good read, although can be quite cliche as with all teen based novels. The diary is funny as well as believable, and I would recommend it to all teenage girls. Can't wait for the next one!

Great Book
This was bought for my Granddaughter. She had read the third book and thoroughly enjoyed it, so this one was a welcome surprise.

Cool Book
I think this book is quite good and if there is another one I think I would get it. It is a typical teenage drama book with lots going on all the time.
