I should have read the listing more closely, I do not have a Cynamed otoscope. I was thinking that universal meant universal to most otoscopes. But these do not fit my trusty Welch Allyn otoscope that I use daily as an NP. The inner ridge does not align or latch with the groove on the head of the otoscope.-If you have a compatible otoscope, I think these would be fairly good.-I appreciated the plastic storage canisters that hold 10 each but I think it could become wasteful to get all of your scopes like this if you go through a high volume.-Seems like they could benefit from more external texture/features to help you twist it onto an appropriate otoscope.-The plastic is thicker than my same-sized Welch Allyn scope covers. As a trial on myself, I found that this meant the scopes I'm reviewing did not insert as far into my ear canal, which could hinder your ability to see far if it's a tortuous canal, etc.-I find that the specula tips have a visible amount of dust/particulate on them within the cannisters. This didn't even fully bother me but there was also a piece of hair tucked in between covers in one of the still-new canisters, which I did not like from a quality-control perspective. Not my hair color, clearly had a split end one one side.

I like that is cheap but does it’s job , I am an NP and some complaints o get are for ear pain from patients , fits great on my otoscope that I got also got from amazon .

Purchased for work. They are conveniently packaged and fit my otoscope perfectly! They were delivered in a timely fashion! Will definitely purchase when needed again!

These don’t stay on as good as I’d hoped. When trying to examine the ear, they fall off very easily
