4.5/5 from someone not expecting much.
I'm not a big fan of the Kardashians or the Jenners; I don't really see a need to keep up with the antics. So upon hearing that kylie and Kendall wrote a book, I initially bought them to have a good laugh! And while I'm not too impressed with the First Person Rotational point of view that this story uses, I still couldn't help but be captured by this story and the adventure of the Twins!Sure, some of the twists were predictable right off the bat, and many times I found myself laughing at certain cheesy situations, but I honsestly also foubd myself rooting for them the entire way!Overall, I'd give this story 4.5/5 ! I was thrilled, captivated, and along for the ride! Can't wait to start the second book!

Fascinating story
This book is absolutely truly amazing! When I read it, i managed to escape my reality and was sucked into the world of Lex and Livia! The book is very well written, and with such excitement! I would recommend this book to anyone who is interested in sci-fi and who would love to escape their real world sometime. Definitely reading the second book!!

Very exciting story!
I really liked the story, and the dystopian world within. Sometimes it was hard to follow how the story unfolds, and missed some more elements that describes the world of the heroes. The characters are very lovable and when the secret between them turns out the book will really carry you away. Great book if you would like to experience a great adventure in a world far in the galaxy. A bit of spice of sci-fi would really make just the best for it.

Probably not the most important novel of all time, but let's check back in a few years to confirm
Do you see that tag up there? The one that says "verified purchase?" Yeah, that means I spent my own money on this. Money I earned through the labors and toils of wage slavery, money that could have been directed toward food or shelter or a head start on my as-yet-nonexistent children's college educations, was actually lifted from my bank account at my command and directed toward the unholy coffers of the Kardashian empire. Why did I do this? I don't know. Why do you pick at scabs? Why do you squirt hot sauce directly onto canker sores? I guess sometimes scratching an itch feels better than not itching at all in the first place.Look, I'm not going to sit here and lie to you and act like I've gotten all the way through this thing, which as the only novel heretofore published by the youngest Kardashian/Jenner sisters technically qualifies as their "magnum opus," even if they didn't write it themselves. I assume they didn't write it not because the quality is too good - it's not, but really it is about the same as all of the other YA dystopian nonsense out there - but because their own authorship would reduce the cynicism of the exercise to levels I find unlikely for the Kardashian clan. Authorship, even lousy authorship, requires sincerity, an emotion whose display is I believe altogether impossible for Homo economicus kardashianus. On to the writing. Wow, there are some howlers here. Videlicet chapter 1: "Veda is an anomaly, too. Horses have not existed for centuries, but my father successfully bred them in his labs." I mean... just... how is this allowed? I recognize that we live in an ultracapitalist terrorsphere where people are free to pay for whatever trash their heart desires (GUILTY), but how in the year 2014 are we tolerating fiction that includes statements like this? Horses have not EXISTED for CENTURIES... but her father BRED THEM IN HIS LABS (MULTIPLE). This sentence takes place approximately 4% of the way into the book and it was at this point that I threw my kindle across the room, where it may stay forever. I'm taking deep breaths. Going to open a bottle of wine, put some Chopin on and try to maintain. Urge to kill falling.

Good young adult dystopian novel.
The people scoring this book with 2 stars and less are just hating on the authors. They are not fairly rating the book. If you like young adult dystopian then you will like this.
