Reasonable Practical Advice
It gives reasonable practical advice, but not much progressing to advance processes. I expected more template forms. Very good for the beginner.

Excellent desktop reference book
Bought this book originally for a class in Construction Financial Management and have used it many times since then as a reference. It offers a very thorough explanation of how to handle all aspects of project delivery methods & project management. Serves as a great study tool for CMAA accreditation as well.

Well Written and Lots of Useful Insight
I'm in the process of setting up my own construction sales and service business and this book has been very helpful to me in the planning phase so far. It is well written and there's a lot of very useful insight provided by the author. Considering the price, you really can't go wrong in that it would cost much more to pay a consultant for the same type of advice and insight about running a construction firm.
