I have been consuming these spirulina tablets in Canada for many years to help with my blood pressure. They’ve been great! Glad to see they’re selling it in US now.

I just received this product this week, and I've been taking 2gr per day, and I feel a lot more energy during the day. Maybe I'll increase the dose to the recommended 3gr per day, then I may come back to update my review.

Can’t say it worked for me , I took another brand and I felt different, more energy and was more concentrated. I can’t say the same for this one unfortunately
