Luckily these are for my daughter and not a gift as the box was burst, bent out of shape and the corners made the box look very old as every corner was badly scuffed and damaged. It's fine though coz these aren't a gift. I wasn't sure whether I should give it to her since the box came all damaged and not very presentable but she wanted the bed head hot tool for so long I decided that the packaging doesn't matter. But when she opened it this morning to test it we found out the iron was probably used before! Not just that it's cheap piece of plastic that makes noises but the cord was basically just showed inside the box and we also found a piece of red hair wrapped around. The iron also smells funny when turned on but im not an expert.
