I don't know what could be the reason, by this product stopped working normally after 5 months. I have to open and clean it after each use. Also, there is a 1-2 seconds lag after between switching it on and actually working. I would 100% return it, but the return window is closed.

I bought this machine , and i was excited to use it , once i opened it and i try to use it , it ended up pulling the hair of the coustumer and getting stuck in itIt couldn’t cut the hair as if the blades are not sharp or. I dont know , i have no explanation for this unless i paid more than 200$ for nothing

I have had this for about two weeks now, and so far i love it. Its a great trimmer to line your facial hair/ hairline. It feels like a quality product. Metal, no cheap bits, battery life seems long (havent had to charge it yet), can run it plugged in as well. Worth the price, im glad i tried it. This is a great trimmer. Highly recommend!

Sharp and removes hair for fine crisp lining. But would need shaver after for 100% clear finish.Worth one time investment
