Brand new, packed well with cardboard inside to protect the shape. This is a high quality hat, but smaller than I expected for Large/XL. It is too tight for my head and gives me discomfort. But I plan on wearing it and suffering through it. If I would have tried it on in person first, I would have opted for a larger size. I don't have a crazy large head, but slightly larger than others. The flag on the forehead is of very high quality, very thick, so it sticks out a bit more than I would like to see (i.e. looks a little strange to me). The hat could easily be worn without the patches and it will look pretty nice, especially nice is the logo in the front that says "Condor". I don't like the Velcro patch in the middle of the hat because I can't think of a single case where I would ever need to stick something there. The mesh fabric on the back side is of high quality and looks nice. However, I do have concerns that my balding head could get sunburned through it, which is the primary reason I need a hat to begin with. Overall, and incredible hat, but probably better suited for someone other than me.

Nice hat, just what I expected

This hat is super comfortable and breathable. It is made with a quality material that is soft and strong. It is also super breathable which makes it perfect for hot summer days. The patches are good quality and look great on the hat. Overall very impressed with this hat. Would buy again
