This is just the cap. It does not come with anything. You need the pump, pipe and anything else. This just hovers the hole. The picture is deceptive.

No, this is just the well cap. You will need to order the Earth Straw which comes in various lengths.

Q: What is the *tested* maximum (average) vacuum developed by the hand pump?

I guess it would be whatever the pump you buy to go with this well cap has. This is just the cap that goes onto the well. They are tricky putting the image of the well cap with a pump. I thought they sent me the wrong thing at first. I didn’t even use it because of this.

Q: If pumping 60' vertical approximately how many gallons per minute would you pump?

The absolute limit of water 'lift' for any single stage hand pump is only 34ft = equals barometric pressure of 14 psig. That 34 ft. maximum 'lift' is for a 'perfect' system.
