Thought it would be much better than table salt
I guess I expected it to be way different than other salts for some reason. Don't get me wrong it is good. It was not as "flaked" as I thought it would be. And it's not as salty tasting as regular iodized table salt. Makes a nice addition to giving your food a little gourmet touch just before serving. I am glad I did not pay more for it than I did though.
