Love this GF flour
I use this in place of regular flour in recipes for great results. The best part is that what I make tastes great. Most gluten free tastes like cardboard. Red Mill tastes great!

Worked well for cookies
This was used to make chocolate chip cookies and I couldn't tell the difference at all. I got a little concerned because I thought the dough was a bit off in flavour but the finished product was perfect.

came a packet in a large Sainsbury store a few years ago and found it very good. i remember it as being 'expensive' at £6+ but maybe it was reduced.....or prices have rocketed! OK for something really special, and I'm waiting for that to come! (across)

Great for substitutions
Just made a Yorkshire pudding using it. Came out of the oven in beautiful shape, and tasted perfect.

Unreliable price
We make gluten-free bread in a machine s as nd had a subscription for this. Several months ago the subscription was no longer available but it was in stock singly for twice the price. I found it on I-herb for less than the Amazon subscription price and found that if I ordered 8 and spread the shipping cost across all 8, it was the nearly the same price as the original subscription. We like the taste and quality of the bread (recipe adds guar gum, potato flour, xanthum gum & lecithin). I am trying other manufacturers’ blends to see how they compare in case we can’t continue to get Bob’s Red Mill All-Purpose flour.

Best GF flour I've tried
After developing a gluten sensitivity a few years ago and discovering the cost of gf food I've been on the hunt for the best replacements and for the price this can't be beat! Makes great bread and pizza dough (after you add Xanthan gum) and fantastic brownies. Great texture, no weird taste and it's a close 1 to 1 ratio. Try it and see, you'll be impressed.

Great for vegetable jjun
Makes for crispy vegetable jjun (korean vegetable pancakes). Was recommended this brand from Just One Cookbook.

Great source of gluten-free flour
This flour makes for a good tasting home-made gluten-free bread, but just a heads up: you have to add xantham gum to it like most gluten-free flours. It makes approximately two loaves. I suggest following the recipe of this brand for best results. Can bake in the stove top oven.
