I found these when looking for a vitamin for my Daughter that was made for her age. I felt like she was getting old enough that she probably needed something formulated for tweens/teens instead of children. I settled on these and then held my breath, because as most parent's know, a lot of these things don't taste very good and then you have to nag them to actually take them. I am happy to say, however, that she really liked the taste! I was worried when i saw them because they look like they could taste not so great, but she tried it and now she is the one asking me for her vitamin! I've heard others say this about products and thought "Yeah, right" but seriously, she said it tastes like cotton candy. I also did notice that her mood seemed to be on a more even keel after taking them for a bit, which surprised me. I really couldn't ask for more from a vitamin for tweens/teens going through lots of changes in that in-between age. It tastes great, adds nutrition, and helps her mood! I will keep buying.

I recently had an annual physical exam with my doc and vitamin D and iron tested below average.
