I’m a firm believer that everything starts in the gut and this daily probiotic helps ensure that I feel my best every day. I’ve noticed a decrease in bloating and improvements in regularity. I started with one tablet a day and this seems to be the sweet spot as things are moving in the right direction. I have been diagnosed with celiac disease couple years ago and my current diet needs to consist of gluten free foods including nutrition supplements like vitamins, etc. Per doctor’s suggestion, I’ve also started to supplement my diet with probiotics. I have tried other probiotics that claim to be gluten-free and had a horrible reaction to them. This time, I’ve decided to try this probiotic. At first I was somewhat skeptical, but after taking it for couple of weeks it’s making such a positive difference in my life and brings a lot of relief. All my symptoms associated with celiac like gas, diarrhea, abdominal bloating and pain, have disappeared. As an additional benefit, I have noticed that I experience less frequent mood changes and feel less fatigue.

Not sure if these are doing anything for me. I have a slow digestive system, been taking these for 4 weeks but have not seen an improvement. I will finish the bottle

I have gastritis and am trying to wean myself off of a PPI. I do feel like these helped with the pain right away. I plan on continuing to take them.

I'd recommend probiotics to anyone, and this is a great product. I started to feel better even after just taking it once.
