Directions were for a different product.
Love this pool float holder. I paid someone to put it together for me who is an expert at putting things together. He had to figure it out all by himself the directions were for a different product. Very frustrating. However, I love how it turned out when he figured it out All my floats are kept nice and neat now and not thrown around pool area.

Great design - lacks some quality
I really like the design however when putting together several of the screws strip out the encased nut plates. It still is somewhat tightly put together however I have a feeling it may loosen up after some use. I will have to figure out another way to tight up the bolts later for the stripped nut plates.

Not Quality
Open the box, looked as if this is a return product. Was missing the Allen wrench and all of the nuts and screws were rusted in the pack. Send it back and of all the returns I’ve ever done, this one is still pending out there in the ether

good quality for the $$
Product is of good quality. However assembly took awhile in that the instructions leave out a portion of what to do with what parts. also 3 of the key parts were mis labeled and we put together according to directions and A,B,C,D only to find that those were mis-labeled. so had to take apart and start over.. They also didnt give the correct amount of screws needed for assembly. Luckily my husband is a contractor and had the needed screws.

not a good value for the price. Bad directions, missing parts, misslabled parts.
first off this item is cheaply made for the price. It is small and unstable. Second, I laid out all the peices counted the nuts and bolts and followed the directions... parts are misslabled and peices missing. Nothing lined up following the directions and after reviewing the peices and instructions I can tell the stickers do not correspond to the directions. Figured it out but in the end I needed 8 short bolts to attach the final peices that hold the pool floats. I have 6 and 2 long bolts that will not work. It is not worth the aggrivation or the money.I get the distict feeling that the people who created this are laughing thier butts off knowing that in the very end...the assemler will be screwed by two long screws.

Problems with assembly
There were places that screws couldn’t be put in because holes didn’t line up. Because of this, it’s not as sturdy as it should be

Two of the parts were mislabeled. I figured it out because someone else wrote about the same thing.
Love it, and its just what I needed to keep my pool floats/balls/toys from blowing all over the yard. Wished I would have gotten it years ago.
