If your needing something to track food calories, exercise, water intake and goals or struggles this is the book for you. The pages are easy to use and there are areas for writing notes. Maybe you had a tough day with a certain good or exercise write it down and at the end of the week you can look back and use those notes for the summary pages. I like it because it tracks everything. I tend to do better when I write it all down. I know there are apps for that. But this helps me to reflect more if I write it all down, get it out so to speak. I live they have daily quotes to keep you motivated too. Over all it’s positive, thorough and helpful in keeping yourself accountable. Very well designed for that. Good value too.

The book is great but it came stuck to the tape of the box
