Gorgeous book, and I liked that these tellings are slightly more concise that others… Russian folk stories rely on repetition, which can be exhausting to the modern audience, and these tellings seem to find the right pace and length

Book is beautiful and sturdy and I love the stories. But translation there is a lot of errors basically 12 years and younger would not understand but even with the translation errors I understood it

It was one of the best purchase I've ever had. As an illustrator I always try to find the best book for inspiration and reading. Good choice for fairytale lovers!!! And great illustrations!!!
