Tens machines updated !
I first used a Tens machine many years ago. I decided to purchase another one recently and can’t believe how much they have changed. My new machine has so many settings - and is so easy to use. The accompanying picture shows the settings to use for just about every part of the body - a very good starting point. It is simple to change the modes of the machine - and doing this sets the “strength” to zero - so no nasty shocks when you move from one zone to another. The strengths are very easily controlled and so is the time set. There are two channels - A and B so two areas of the body can be treated at the same time. The sticky pads work very well and the pack includes a good selection of differentshaped pads. I can thoroughly recommend this machine.

Excellent tens machine
I had a riding accident and "tweaked" my back, think it was a trapped nerve. Was dubious but bought after reading other reviews. In combination with painkillers, used this and am delighted with results. It also has other uses and although instructions aren't extensive, will Google and use for relaxation. Recommended.

Wow. Packs a punch!!
I only got this yesterday and after opening the box I was a bit sceptical of its claims and capability. It looked like a tiny Nokia phone from the 90s which was feather light. But boy does this little thing pack a punch and is definitely punching above its weight capability with ease. Even on its lowest setting it delivers a very powerful shock pulse that can be quite scary at first but then you get used to it. Instructions are fairly ok, if you are a tech savvy person you'll figure it out easily. Definitely worth the price.

Works a treat, once you work out how too!
My mother had a stroke around two months ago causing her right side to partially paralysed, This have left her with limited moment and swelling due to the lack of circulation. Recently with rehabilitation she has slowly been able to do small movements so her joints are stiff due to the lack of movement and has left her in some pain. To help with the stiffness we need to massage her in the same style as the 1st mode on this tens machine. Thankfully this machine helps tackle that and the pain so win win. It’s definitely worth asking the rehabilitation team or gp of you intend to use this in the way we have. This comes with a leaflet explaining how it helps and where to use so you can target the correct place. The pads stay on without any issue and don’t pull at the skin or hairs when you take them off. This tens machine is so small but that doesn’t affect the job it’s there to do.Lots of options to choose from.Took awhile to get to grips with how to use it but that’s just me. Can the setting to get the correct amount of pain relief or massage so you don’t feel uncomfortable. You can also set different times amount that go up by 10 minutes each time. The display screen is small so could be an issue for anyone with poor sight like my mother. They is a countdown clock so you can see how long you have left.Overall I would definitely recommend this Tens machine as it reasonably priced and helps with stiffness, pain. Definitely also recommend speaking with the gp if you have other conditions like we did to be on the safe side. Not recommend for anyone with a pacemaker or similar devices as this could interfere with it

Great pain relief but poor instructions.
I use this at least once a day, all six pads on my left foot, acupuncture setting. It never fails to reduce my pain from 8/9 to a 3/4 or better. I love it. It’s so simple to apply the pads, although I’m not certain the body map included really does bear any relation to real acupuncture/pressure points. The instructions are appalling though and I had to rely on my super intelligent techs son to explain how to use it. I wanted acupuncture which is Programme 5. To get this you need to press the M five times. Basically there are four programmes in each dial so, if you wanted 22 for example you’d have to go to the fifth dial and press M two more times. To get both A and B channels operating you need to press the centre button until either the A or the B is flashing (whichever or both you are plugged into). The stickiness on the pads is lasting really well, unlike far more expensive machines I’ve used in the past.
