These things are great for non-stick baking and easy cleanup. And they provide a layer of insulation between what you are baking and the pan. So, your food doesn't end up burnt on the bottom side.

I LOVE the texture of these as they are kind of smooth and yet have a high degree of friction. I use them in a kind of camp setup on top of a camp table that has slats. They make great work surfaces that can be cleaned easily. I also use them as large coasters to go under bamboo trays to keep them steady and from not falling or slipping off their location. I have another under my very slippery cutting board and it keeps it steady when cutting up food.

I just love these. Perfectly fit my small cookie/oven sheet pan. Great to save on aluminum foil or parchment paper. These lay flat, are easy cleaning and dry in minutes.

Why did I not know about these sooner. They are phenomenal. Thick, easy to clean and store.I have cooked chicken on it with no sticky mess and super easy clean up. Finally my baking sheets may last more than a year without looking horrible.

I got these for the 1/4 sheet pans we use in our French Door, Counter size Air Fryer / Oven.I was using parchment paper, but it not only let oil and cooking juices through to the pan sometimes,it also would try to suck up the edges of the paper into the upper heating element, which is a fire hazard and annoying!This fits perfectly into the pan, never moves and gives complete coverage, with no 'bleed through', no matter what we cook on it.It's also very easy to clean, rinse and store right with the pans we use it with!Getting 3 for this price is even BETTER! They really work GREAT!

These silicone sheets are a great fit and just the right size for the quarter sheet cookie pans I use in my toaster oven. They really clean up nice and keep the pan underneath free of any of those icky sticky goo that's so hard to clean up. The mats themselves go right in the dishwasher and come out looking great regardless of what was cooked on them. One note, if you're cooking something really greasy, the oil will work underneath the mat if you're not really careful.These are a real time saver and much better in my opinion than using parchment paper or aluminum foil to line your pans. I definitely recommend.

These are great because they keep your baking sheets clean so no more scrubbing. I just use soap & water to clean these.

This product has deceptive description. The image shows 450F and description mentions 500F (260C). I even asked the seller in a question to confirm the max temperature and they said 500F. But the product I received clearly says it's only up to 450F.
