Well it was good for the one time that it was used. After using it only once, tired turning it on and it won’t. Tried charging it and it won’t even charge

We were so excited to get this since our chiro had a similar tool and we loved it. We charged it as directed and with great anticipation for it ready for use. We used it briefly for a minute, then when trying to use it again a few minutes later it was dead. It has not worked again. Very frustrating and disappointing.

I was hesitant to spend the money on one of these and have it end up being of poor quality or just wouldn’t be what I needed. Man! Was I wrong! I have numbness and kind of a hot pins and needles feeling in my arms 24/7. But with the right attachment and just a few minutes of massaging a few areas in my arms, wrists and hands and I actually get some relief. Sometimes a few hours at a time! So glad my boyfriend said “Just buy it!”

I thought I struck a great deal with buying this massage gun, but after a few uses, the battery charge didn't last long at all!! I placed it on the charger all nigt and the red light flashes, but when I take it off the charger and turn it on, NOTHING HAPPENS. THE BATTERY IS DEAD AND IT WILL NOT TURN ON! I WANT MY MONEY BACK! SHAM! Refund me.

This is amazing and does just as well as the massagers used in other physical therapy outpatient centers. No reason to buy any other expensive brand. Carrying case, and very easy charging and button configurations. Has so many interchangeable and purposeful heads for the massager…
