I had been on the fence about buying this watch but I love art and Dali's work overall, and this watch is a neat representation. I really like how it looks on my shelf :) The nature of the design makes it a tad less straightforward to read and it doesn't have a hand for the seconds, but it still marks them (you can hear it) and you can still know what time it is fairly easily. One 2A battery is required.

I thought I might give this clever clock to my son, but ended up keeping it. The ticking doesn't annoy me, and it tells amazingly accurate time--close enough to know if you are going to be on time, anyway.. It was tricky to find a good spot to hang it!When setting the time back for "daylight savings," it seemed like it had stopped working. But it finally got back in sync. (I wish that practice would be discontinued...)

I thought this was so cute in the picture however it didn’t last long. It broke after about a month as I wanted to change the time.

I waited so long to test the battery on this item. By the time we came home and tried to put a battery on I noticed the battery does not fit and you can hear things moving around inside the little box where you wind up the clock. Sadness.

I got this for my daughter's office. She has a Bohemian/artsy/gothic thing going on. I must have picked well, because she thought it was one she had bought herself. It's a bit small to read from across the room,but it looks nice and keeps good time. She and I are both happy with this clock.

I love this melting clock! It works just like a normal clock, but I use it more for decor than anything. I ALWAYS get compliments on it when people come over. It is small enough to place on a book shelf (that's where I keep mine) so it isn't too big, but just a nice accent piece to have. It is plastic and isn't very sturdy, so don't let it be in a place where it will get touched/dropped a lot or it probably won't last too long.
