I have been using these for a while. They are costly but very well made that helps to mitigate the cost. I am able to use one for an extended period of time as long as it is not soiled. Even so if my spouse does soil it, there is NO leakage onto the bedsheets. I have awakened in the morning to find my spouse had an extremely wet night...lots of leakage. But none soaked through to the sheets. I highly, highly recommend this product. You won’t be disappointed.

These pads are more expensive - but are worth the extra dollars. They are thicker and lay flat on the bed better - not moving so much.

I liked these because they were durable they used them in the hospital which they were very sturdy and they could move him better I asked the kind they were so I ordered them but he never made it home to use he passed away in May

We use these underpads for incontinent patient. They absorb great and protect upholstery. Since finding these pads our household is much more pleasant. Before, feelings were constantly being hurt—now we all can relax.
