I was looking for a body cleansing product for a while and Body Union Detox has everything that I need. It contains silymarin and choline which are so good for my liver and bile. Turmeric, garlic and chlorella help with my digestive system and support metabolism. The packaging is premium and I love that the product is vegan-friendly. Highly recommend

It didn't work for me at all

This is a 1 month supply of liver detox. Each serving is 3 capsules so not ideal if you struggle swallowing supplements and it means each bottle is just a 1 month supply. There are cheaper alternatives out there that also give a longer supply, something that only lasts 1 month is a bit of a bug bear for me.On the plus side, the ingredients are great. It has a few key items to look for, milk thistle and choline, both of which are great for that body detox. This sort of supplement can be used to support a healthy lifestyle, give the body support over more "toxic" periods or here and there when required.Great ingredients, short supply, more pricey than some.

I have not noticed and effects whilst taking this supplement - either detrimental or beneficial. The capsules were easy to swallow and came well packaged.

Don't use for more than a week sorted

This is a well designed bottle and has all the correct ingredients to help with detox and colon support. There is a month's supply so it works out at a reasonable price per day. As usual with this type of product there is no way to say how well it works until you have taken it for a while. I have been feeling very tired for some weeks now, possibly covid related, so I feel that a detox might help. Thankfully the capsules are easy to swallow and are vegan as many of this type of product are now which gives us vegans much more choice.
