Q: Will this harm my dog she wants to lick it when applied ?

Hi there. Thank you for your interest in Silver Honey. We did add a bittering agent to the product to help reduce the desire for dogs to lick once applied. However, please be assured that during development, we did toxicity tests that show incidental ingestion via licking is not harmful to the dog. Hopefully as the issue begins to heal and gets less irritating and itchy, your pup will be less inclined to lick. Please give your dog a pat from everyone at Absorbine Pet!
