Update 4/8/23 - RSH Decor remedied the order to 100 % satisfaction - thank you SusanAgain like I just stated in my last review I love these cushions, the quality and the overall feel when you sit on them. I did have one issue and ordered the incorrect style seat back not realizing the deep seat back was too thin and uncomfortable for the deep seats that we have. I emailed Susan who told me not to worry and that she would address my issue. I'm currently waiting on the remediation and will come back and report what I expect to be a very good outcome. They are really well made and very pretty.
These cushions fit an old Ty Pennington rattan set that I bought years ago from Sears. These are the fourth set of cushions I've had on it. I had some that I ordered from California, but lost those in a hurricane. The last ones came from Wal-Mart but didn't fit perfectly. I just got these so I don't know how they will stand up to weather. They won't get rained on where they are. I'm disappointed that the company didn't have the ottoman cushions to match. The shipping was great. They got here within a few days of ordering them. The colors are bright and look just as pictured on the website.

Love these cushions! Well made and fabric is beautiful. Cusromer Service was excellent. I had a problem with one of the cushions and a phone number was provided with the product. I was able to talk to a customer service representative and she searched the warehouse for a replacement and I received it in a few days.

Look else where. Hard to return.
Cushions showed indentations immediately. Cushions are slippery and tend move around. Rough to the touch. Back pillow for chair is a firm box cushion unlike back cushion on loveseat which is a more standard pillow cushion.
