Really hard to turn on. Awkward bag emptying. Totally does the job.
Very, very difficult to push the release button to bring down the handle.The cord is very long, but extremely stiff....The bag is a bizarre design. I don't know how you could ever empty it without getting your dirt/dust bunnies on the floor.The only reason I am keeping it is because it works so well. I was shocked to see how much stuff came out of my carpets the first time.

Good product.
Overall very good product . Vacuuming floors and rugs could use more suction when picking up things like glitter off rugs. Super handy, light weight, cord in long reach. Stores easily. I like the vaccum.
