The underside of my desk looks amazing now but it was weird that some of them stuck without a problem and are holding great but some wouldn't stay even if there was no cords in it

Poor adhesion, kind of a ripoff.
I really don't see the value of this kit as what you are mostly getting are a bunch of zip-ties and Velcro. The adhesion is very poor and I had more than a couple of the clips just fall off after a day or two and have never stayed on for long periods of time afterwards. Wanted this to match my white desk and tidy up the cables a bit, but having to manually tape these back to my table is irritating.
