New Zealand's Famous Kaitaia Fire Chili Pepper Hot Sauce Made with Organically Grown Cayenne Chilis

This is the best hot sauce I have tried and I have traveled all over the world. Prepare your senses for an explosion of vinegary magic as you taste the flavors of new Zealand and let your palate explode. The future is now.

My partner is from NZ, and he brought this sauce back with us the last time we were able to travel there in January of 2020. We have been ordering this sauce ever since then when we run out because it’s so damn good! Think Tobasco type heat, but a little bit of a different flavor.

Some of the labels use the word “organic” and some do not. Hard to know what to think. New legislation requirements? Were the hot sauces ever organic? Tastes great.

What a great robust deep flavor that is so very addictive! I put it on everything I can now...into stir fries, on pizza, and my favorite on homemade avacado, egg and bacon everything bagel breakfast sandwiches!! my mouth is watering as I write this now..just give it a shot it's better than Tabasco, Red Hot or Crystal, I like that it is organic peppers as well as who wants to eat food sprayed with pesticides..

Tastes just like Tabasco only more expensive.

I got this as a Christmas gift and ended up eating a ton of it myself on Christmas Day. It’s similar to cholula but with a little less sweetness and a little more of a bite to it. I’m switching to this stuff for everything. It’s amazing on every food item that isn’t a dessert.

This is my favorite hot sauce and now I don’t have to go all the way to New Zealand to get it. I do wish that it was a little less hot, but it just means it lasts a long time.

And really there's not much to say. It's basically Tabasco except way more zesty. The flavor is significantly more pronounced, and it has a very unique aftertaste. Not a bad sauce (if you like hyper vinegar sauces) but just beware it may overpower your dishes.
