These disposable underwear are very comfortable and quality-made. For those who use liners inside, the material is strong enough to enable a change once or twice (I found that the Always brand always ripped with the removal of the liner). I normally use an XL in the Always brand, but found that a L in this brand is plenty big. Someone in another review said they ride down in back. I do not experience this at all. I did have to get used to the blue lines going in the back, not like the Always brand where the design is on the front. Overall, I'm very happy with switching over to these. It's better quality at a more affordable price!

It’s good for leakage but it’s too short in the back and it rides down your rear when you’re walking very uncomfortable when you’re walking you have to keep pulling it up they did away with the style that was a little more expensive that was a lot wider and a lot taller height wise I wish they had done away with it this was not so nice

I use these for urinary incontinence. They work better than most; however, sometimes when I lose a little urine, it wicks to the sides and is irritating to my skin, besides allowing smell to escape. Either that or, if I'm sitting down, the urine defies gravity and seeps up my butt crack, soiling my clothes and whatever I'm sitting on. Since I don't know how to solve it, I just try to stand up right away to keep my clothing dry.

That's product is the most absorbent product I found. I don't have a problem necessarily with leaking but with my weight my older age and other issues I have problems with my kidney and bladder

Even better than reg type. These are not as bulky as the regular tena disposable underwear. Just enough protection for daytime.
